U.S. appeals court upholds state's vaccine mandate for health care workers

A federal appeals court on Friday upheld New York's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers, rejecting arguments by lawyers for doctors, nurses and other professionals that it did not adequately protect those with religious objections.
